Heat after carbonization is up to 7000-8000 kilocalorie /kg.2.Purity of the biomass pellet fuel is high without miscellaneous articles that cannot generate heat. The carbon content is 75-85%, the ash content is 3-6%, and the water content is 1-3%. We should answer the call of the central authorities and create an energy-saving society.Combustion ProcessThe fuel is sent by the screw feeder into the furnace chamber where it is gradually preheated, dried, burned and combusted with the effect of high temperature smoke and the primary air. In the process, there precipitates a large quantity of volatile materials and the fuel combusts fiercely. After scrubbing the main heating surface of the furnace, the generated high temperature smoke goes into the economizer and the air preheater on the heating surface at the end of the furnace, then goes into the duster, and finally goes into the air through the chimney. Fuel that has not been gasifies moves to the end of the furnace grate until consumed totally. The remaining small quantity of cinders falls into the slag removal hole at the end of the furnace grate.Material Feeding SystemThe material feeding system consists of a hopper, a vibration feeder, a screw feeder, a screw supply pipe, etc.BMF fuel processed and shaped in the factory is transmitted to the hopper through the belt transporter, and then it is supplied to the burner to be burned through the screw feeder. To ensure continuous cropping and stable material transportation, install a vibration feeder between the hopper and the screw feeder.Combustion SystemThe combustion system consists of a burner, a fan, an igniter, etc.The biomass fuel has a process of being preheated in the burner. Then, it is transmitted to the furnace chamber to be burned by the fan. BMF fuel is high volatile. When the temperature in the furnace chamber reaches the precipitation temperature of the volatile materials and in the wind, the fuel can burn quickly after the igniter is turned on. The temperature control in the burner takes the temperature in the furnace chamber as the standard. The temperature is relevant to the air volume when the fuel is gasified. Adjustment of the furnace load is controlled by the adjustment of delivered quantity. Smoke after combustion goes into the convection pass to exchange heat through the furnace chamber. Then, it goes into the duster to be purified. Finally, it is emitted and the whole combustion and heat exchange process is finished.
