Brief Introduction to the ProductBQL series gas-fired hot-air furnaces take inflammable gas as the fuel and generate high temperature gas through combustion in the burner. The heat of the high temperature gas transmits to the heated air through heat exchange in the hot-air furnace. The air to be heated is sent in through the blower. After absorbing the heat till it increases to the rated temperature, it is sent out through the hot-air outlet for drying and heating. When the temperature of the hot air reaches the set temperature, the burner will automatically stop burning or lower the flame to lower the air temperature. When the temperature of the hot air decreases to the lower limit of the set temperature, the burner will burn again or increase the flame to increase the air temperature. The temperature increasing speed can be adjusted by the air valve.Gas-fired hot-air furnaces strengthen the traditional method, use heat - resisting steel and heat - resisting stainless steel with compact structure, small volume and long service life; they use indirect methods, make smoke and air go in different ways and heat without pollution; they are equipped with efficient burners with high automatism, strong reliability, accurate temperature control and high thermal efficiency. The temperature in the hot-air furnace is high. The maximum output temperature in the indirect hot-air furnace can reach 600ºC and the direct hot-air furnace 1000ºC; they use plug-in hot-air circular fan which is installed in integration with the heat exchanger of the hot-air furnace to reduce the investment, save the place, reduce noise and heat dissipation.
